Exchanges

For issues like size issues, wrong products or any other issue - we offer a free exchange.

Once your Exchange is approved, our delivery partner will come to your address for pickup — no need to go anywhere.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery through the our exchange portal: 👉 titliindia.com/apps/return_prime

 


Returns

We offer a 5-day return window i.e you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong size or wrong product (our error)
  • You received a damaged or defective product (our error)

    For damaged product returns, a video proof of the damage (recorded at the time of unboxing) is required.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Inspect Your Order Immediately

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defect, damage, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive the product back.
  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount
  • If 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven't received your refund, write to us at mail.titliindia@gmail.com
